Ingredients: A small handful of wild garlic, two eggs, salt, vegetable oil, sesame oil. Method: 1. Pick and wash the wild garlic, cut it into 3cm long segments, and set aside on a plate. 2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. 3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, and when the oil temperature is 70% hot, pour in the beaten eggs and fry for two minutes. 4.
