How to make hawthorn sauce egg rolls

1. Collect the materials.

2. Separate the egg white and yolk and place each in a bowl without water or oil.

3. Add all the powdered sugar to the egg whites.

4. Beat with a whisk until stiff points form. It takes about five minutes.

5. Add milk and corn oil to the egg yolks.

6. Just beat it with a whisk for 10 to 20 times.

7. Sift in low flour.

8. Just beat it a few times with a whisk, and use a stirring spoon to mix the powder on the edge of the bowl.

9. Add about one third of egg whites to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly with a stirring stick.

10. Pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg whites and gently stir until evenly mixed.

11. The egg mixture is smooth and free of particles.

12. Pour the egg mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper, shake it a few times, put it into the preheated oven, and bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

13. Take out the baked cake.

14. Turn it upside down, tear off the wax paper, and let it dry.

15. Turn it upside down again and spread a layer of hawthorn jam on it.

16. Roll up the cake.

17. Wrap it tightly with cake baking paper.

18. Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and it will be set in a short while. Cut it when you want to eat it.
