(1) Crystal shredded radish: 1 white radish, half a bottle of white vinegar, appropriate amounts of white sugar, salt, plastic wrap, and seaweed powder. Peel the white radish and shred it; drain the excess radish juice, add vinegar, sugar, salt and seaweed powder to season; after seasoning, cover the container with shredded radish with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight before eating.

Cold salad with shredded radish: 500 grams of carrots, 50 grams of soaked hair algae, 250 grams of shredded chili peppers. Salt, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper powder, pepper, sesame oil, and chopped turnips. Wash the carrots, cut into thin strips, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water. Add a little salt to the chili strips and marinate them for later use. Remove impurities from the soaked hair algae, wash and drain, set aside. This dish has the effects of strengthening the spleen and appetite, softening hard masses and resolving phlegm. (2) Coriander and shredded radish salad: 500 grams of white radish, 50 grams of coriander, appropriate amounts of sugar, MSG, young ginger, soy sauce, fine salt and sesame oil. (3) Spicy shredded radish salad: radish, salt, peanut oil, peppercorns, dried chili rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and oyster sauce as appropriate. Cut the radish into shreds. Crush the garlic. Heat oil in a pan, add peppercorns and dried chilies, sauté over low heat until fragrant, then remove from the pan. Pour the hot oil over the chopped garlic and mix well. Add salt, rice vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce and mix well.

(4) Bean sprouts and shredded radish salad: 200 g mung bean sprouts, 150 g radish, 10 g sesame oil, 3 g salt, 5 g green onions, and 1 gram MSG. Wash the radish, cut it into thin strips, and blanch it and the washed mung bean sprouts in boiling water for a while. Take them out, let them cool, and put them in a pot. Remove the roots of the green onion, wash it, and cut it into flowers. Pour the sauce made of sesame oil, salt, chopped green onion and MSG into a bowl containing shredded radish and mung bean sprouts, mix well and serve on a plate.

(5) Spicy shredded radish: 500 grams of radish, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 10 grams of soy sauce, and appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, and pepper oil. Wash the radish, cut it into thin strips, mix it with a little salt, marinate for about 5 minutes, squeeze out the water, and put the radish strips on a plate for later use. Mix soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, salt, MSG and pepper oil together to make a sauce, pour it on the shredded radish and mix well.
