How to make fried blood sausage

Blood sausage is a specialty food in Northeast China. Northeastern people are very good at making and cooking blood sausage. But for some friends, blood sausage is not acceptable. Having said that, some friends really like to eat blood sausage. Whether it is fried blood sausage or stir-fried blood sausage, everyone is welcome. The simple way to make blood sausage is to fry it. Even friends who don’t have any cooking skills can’t mess up the fried blood sausage dish.

Fried blood sausage

Ingredients: Blood sausage, garlic, olive oil, green and red peppers

1. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil and add the blood sausage.

2. After adding the blood sausage, the secret is a spoonful of stewed sauerkraut soup. If you don’t have it, you can use chicken soup instead.

3. Sprinkle chopped green and red peppers, cover the lid and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

Garlic Blood Sausage

Ingredients: 700g blood sausage, chopped green onion, coriander, soup, soy sauce, garlic

practice:

1. Set aside chopped green onion and coriander, and soak the blood sausage in cold water.

2. Slice the blood sausage, put it into the pot after the water boils and take it out immediately.

3. Bring the soup to a boil and pour the boiled blood sausage into a bowl.

4. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander, then pour the old soup, add soy sauce and dip the blood sausage in it.

Sour cabbage stewed with white meat and blood sausage

Ingredients: pig blood sausage, pork belly, sauerkraut, vermicelli.

practice:

1. Wash the pig intestines with alkaline water or salt water, stir the fresh pig blood, remove the foam, add onion, ginger, garlic, salt, MSG and other seasonings, and then fill the pig intestines, cook and cut into sections;

2. Soak the pork belly in boiling water to remove the foam and bloody smell, then cook it in clean water again and cut into thin slices.

3. Then put the white meat, blood sausage, chopped sauerkraut and vermicelli into the pot and stew with clean water for half an hour. When eating, dip it in chives, fermented tofu, sesame paste and other condiments.

Steamed blood sausage

Ingredients: pig blood sausage, ginger, minced garlic, coriander, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, chicken essence, cooking wine, pepper

practice:

1. Rinse the purchased pig blood sausage simply and cut it into thicker slices with a sharp knife.

2. Arrange on a plate and mince ginger and garlic.

3. Take a bowl and put soy sauce, a little salt, pepper powder, chicken essence, cooking wine/pepper powder into it and mix well.

4. After boiling water, put the plate on the steamer, pour the prepared sauce on the blood sausage, and steam it over high heat for three minutes.

5. After taking it out, sprinkle with chopped coriander and drizzle with a little sesame oil.

Fried pork blood sausage with garlic sprouts

Ingredients: pig blood sausage, garlic sprouts, garlic, chili pepper, black pepper

practice:

1. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry garlic sprouts, add garlic sprouts and chili peppers, and season.

2. Add pig blood sausage and black pepper powder to enhance the flavor. Stir-fry until the blood sausage releases oil and changes color.
