Korean spicy cabbage mackerel soup recipe

2.2 Processing mackerel Remove the head, viscera and scales of the mackerel, then wash and cut into sections. Cut green onions, green and red peppers into sections; cut tofu into cubes; tear the kimchi into long strips by hand.

5. Put the mackerel into the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions, pour a little prepared seasoning sauce and sake, and then cook the fish over low heat.

6. Put the kimchi, Korean pickled peppers, tofu cubes and chopped green onions into the pot and then pour in appropriate amount of water and the remaining seasoning sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce to low heat and simmer.

7. Add onions and green and red pepper segments and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

8. Turn to low heat, skim off the foam, add bean sprouts, add a few drops of sesame oil, cover and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes. Finally, add salt and light soy sauce, sprinkle with Korean sour yellow radish strips and a little chopped green onion, turn off the heat, and serve the fish!
