How to cook shredded beef with garlic moss

The method of shredded beef with garlic moss only requires a few simple steps, but it is rich in nutrition and should not be missed.

1. Prepare seasonings and ingredients. Cut off the tails of the garlic shoots, clean them and cut them into 3 cm segments. Cut the ingredients into the shapes you want. (As shown in the picture)

2. Wash the beef, drain the water, cut into shreds, and marinate with salt, Pixian bean paste, and water starch for 30 minutes. (The bean paste should be chopped with a knife)

3. Heat a proper amount of oil in a wok until it is 9 layers hot. Add the beef into the wok and stir-fry until it is cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.

4. This is beef that has been fried until it is raw.

5. Clean the wok, add a little oil and heat it to 6 layers hot, then add the peppercorns into the wok and stir-fry until fragrant. (Take out the peppercorns)

6. Add ginger, garlic and seasonings and fry until fragrant.

7. Stir-fry all the seasonings until fragrant, then add the garlic shoots and stir-fry for a few more times.

8. Immediately add the beef and salt, stir-fry evenly, add MSG before removing from the heat and serve.

9. The last picture is the finished product. It tastes really good!
