Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, coprinus comatus, enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, bracken, scallions, ginger slices, vinegar, salt, pepper, wolfberry, chicken stock

Method: 1. Take appropriate amounts of various fungi, wash them, tear/cut them into small pieces and set aside. 2.
