7. If you have broth, pour in the broth. If you don’t have any, add some chicken powder mixed with water.

8. The water surface should just barely cover the rice. If you add too much water, the rice will be too sticky and taste bad. If you feel it is difficult to control the amount, you can use 1/4 less water than usual when steaming rice. In fact, if you put too little water, you can add more water in the middle, but you must add hot water. The rice needs to be stirred several times during cooking, otherwise it will easily get stuck in the pot. When the rice is almost cooked, add raisins and a small amount of salt according to taste and simmer for about ten minutes.

9. Mix it up before eating
