16. Let it cool for a while after removing from the heat. When it is still warm, wrap it with plastic wrap, let it cool, and refrigerate it for later use.

17. Whip the cream until it has obvious textures.

18. Take out the refrigerated custard sauce and stir it. First add two-thirds of the whipped cream and mix well. Add the remaining cream after it is mixed well.

19. Put the custard paste into a piping bag with a flower nozzle and squeeze it into the puffs.

20. Melt the black and white chocolate in water, squeeze in the dark chocolate first, and then use the white chocolate to draw a few lines for decoration.

21. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips and finally some matcha powder for decoration.
