As the saying goes, the combination of meat and vegetables is the best delicacy, which can also allow the human body to absorb more nutrients. The mixture of the aroma of garlic shoots and meat is also a unique delicacy. Stir-fried garlic shoots and shredded pork is a home-cooked dish. There are indeed many ways to cook it, and different methods can make people feel different flavors. So what is the best way to stir-fry garlic shoots and shredded pork?

1. Method 1

Clean the garlic sprouts, remove the tails and cut into small pieces.

Cut the pork into strips. Put oil in the pan and heat it up. When the oil temperature is not too hot, pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry. After the shredded pork is stir-fried, add a little dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying until a small amount of oil is released, then add chili sauce (this chili sauce is our homemade chili sauce for dipping tofu pudding). After stir-frying evenly, pour in the garlic shoots and stir-fry together. Finally, add some salt, MSG and other seasonings and serve.

2. Method 2

Wash the meat, cut it into shreds, add three slices of ginger, two spoons of dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of cornstarch to the shredded meat. Mix the shredded pork and other ingredients evenly and marinate for 10 minutes. Wash the garlic shoots and cut them into small pieces about one inch long. (While marinating the meat, prepare the garlic shoots and green and red peppers), cut the green and red peppers, heat the pan, add oil and heat. Add the shredded pork and cook until cooked. Serve the cooked shredded pork for later use. Heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic shoots. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for a while. When the water is almost dry, add the shredded pork and green and red peppers and stir-fry.

3. Method 3

Remove the head and tail of the garlic shoots, wash them clean, and cut them into 2 cm long pieces. Wash the pork belly, cut into shreds and set aside. Chop the onion into chopped green onion, mince the ginger, and cut the garlic into slices for later use. Pour peanut oil into a wok, and when the oil is half cooked, add the shredded pork into the wok and stir-fry until it changes color and turns white. Add onion, ginger and garlic into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add 5 grams of salt, 2 grams of pepper powder, 2 grams of aniseed powder, 5 grams of super fresh soy sauce, and 5 grams of oyster sauce for seasoning. Then add the chopped garlic shoots into the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Before serving, add 2 drops of sesame oil and stir-fry the rice evenly. Then serve it on a plate, and a dish of fragrant, tender and soft stir-fried pork with garlic shoots is ready.
