1. Prepare ingredients 1: Pinzhenke rice porridge

8. Put the Pinzhenke porridge rice and white fungus into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of purified water and boil. (The ratio of rice to water is 1:5. This ratio is not fixed and can be determined according to personal preference.)

9. After the water boils, pour the mixture in the rice cooker into a purple clay pot used for cooking porridge, add the soaked wolfberries, and continue to cook. (If you don’t have a purple clay pot, this step can be omitted. Just add the wolfberries to the rice cooker and continue to cook on low heat.)

10. Cook until the porridge becomes slightly thick and serve. Enjoy the delicious dish.
