1. Wash the rice first and put it into the rice cooker and press the porridge button for about 1.5 hours. Slice the ham, then shred it and finally dice it.

2.1 Cut the green onion and ginger into shreds and put them into the elephant trunk, then pour some white wine and mix well. The purpose of pouring white wine is to remove the fishy smell of the elephant trunk. It is best to marinate it for a while.

3.2 Cut the elephant root into rings and then into cubes.

4. Cook the porridge for about half an hour and then pour in the diced ham.

5. Because it is better to have less than too much elephant feet, so wait until the last ten minutes of cooking before pouring in the diced elephant feet.

6. Because ham is salty and elephant trunk is very fresh, there is no need to add salt and MSG.
