Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint and Coriander

Many delicious foods can be made by more than just restaurant chefs. You can also do it at home, of course, this requires you to learn it yourself. Here is a recipe for grilled lamb chops with mint and coriander. Learn it yourself and try making it at home.

1.12121 Italian parsley (flat parsley, Italian parsley, parsley) 1/3 cup

2.2121210-15 whole garlic slices, cut into slices

3. 1/3 cup to 2 cups of mint leaves

4. Lemon peel (a little) + lemon juice (a little)

5. Black pepper (a little) and salt (a little)

6. 1/2 cup olive oil or cooking oil

7. 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

8. 2 small onions, diced

9. A little crushed red chili pepper (dried chili pepper for eating pizza)

10. Cut the lamb chops into 8 small pieces and wash them with water.

11. Wipe each lamb chop dry with paper and set aside

12. Marinating part: Marinate lamb chops + garlic slices (a little) + salt (a little) + olive oil (3 tablespoons) for 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can massage them during the process.

13. Seasoning: 1/3 cup Italian parsley + 1/3 to 2 cups mint leaves + a little black pepper + a little salt + 2 small onions + 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar + a little lemon zest + a little lemon juice (a little or half a lemon) + a little garlic slices + 1/2 cup olive oil or cooking oil + a little crushed red pepper. Puree in a food processor or blender.

14. After stirring, try to see if it has mint aroma, coriander aroma, garlic aroma, salty, sour, or slightly spicy. The fragrant minty taste lingers in the mouth for a long time. Take out and set aside.

15. Heat the pan and fry the lamb chops on medium-high heat for 2 minutes

16. After 2 minutes, turn over and fry the other side for 2 minutes. When the meat is golden brown, take it out. If you don’t have an oven, fry for 2 minutes longer (the thickness of the meat will depend on the time)

17. Place in the oven and bake at 450 degrees for 2-3 minutes (for medium rare) or 5 minutes (for well done). The time will depend on the thickness of the meat. After baking, take it out and set it aside for 10 minutes (use the 10 minutes of free time to open a bottle of red wine).

18. Add seasoning and arrange lamb chops

Maybe you haven’t had mint and cilantro grilled lamb chops before, or know how to make them. But I believe you have been moved after reading the introduction above. Believe in your own heart and follow your heart to learn how to cook this dish. You should know that the sense of accomplishment and joy you get after making it is really delightful.
