Method: Add 250 grams of water into a small pot, pour in vinegar, and bring the water to a boil. Adjust the heat to keep the water slightly boiling but not boiling. Cook until the egg white is solidified and the yolk is runny yellow, then you can remove the eggs and eat them.

Beat the eggs in advance and put them in a bowl. Do not stir them and do not break the egg yolks. Bring water to boil in a pot. Get a long-handled soup spoon, preferably stainless steel. Pour the eggs in the bowl into a spoon and gently place it into the boiling water in the pot.
