1. Mix water and yeast and stir until the yeast is completely dissolved (water temperature 40℃)

2. Mix flour, fine sugar, milk powder, salt, egg liquid, yeast water with flour, knead into a smooth dough and continue kneading until the dough is complete.

3. Add the butter and knead for a few minutes until the butter is completely absorbed by the dough, then use kneading, beating and other actions to knead until the flour is fully expanded (the legendary gloves)

4. Ferment the flour for the first time until it is about twice as large, divide the dough into five to eight equal parts, roll into balls, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

5. Roll the dough into an oval shape, sprinkle some black pepper and pizza grass evenly, add bacon, roll it up, and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper with the seam facing down.

6. Put the baking tray into the oven for secondary fermentation, about 40 minutes, until it is 2 to 2.5 times the original volume.

7. Preheat the oven to 170°C, brush a layer of egg wash on the surface of the bread and place it in the lower middle layer of the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes
