Garlic and cumin grilled lamb chops

5. Wrap the marinated lamb chops with tin foil, preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, put the lamb chops on the grill, and grill for 60 minutes.

6. Open the tin foil, tear off the top, adjust the temperature to 220 degrees, continue to bake for 20 minutes, turn over and continue to bake for 20 minutes. When the sauce is basically dry, brush the sauce on both sides and bake for 10 minutes each until the meat surface is golden brown.
