1. Method 1

Preparation method:

Tips:

1. It is recommended to choose slightly thicker noodles for making noodles with soybean paste

2. After the noodles are boiled, cook them for a while, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while. This way, the noodles will taste chewier.

Ingredients preparation: appropriate amount of fresh noodles, 300 grams of minced meat, shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, dried chili, peppercorns, appropriate amount of aniseed, 60 grams of sweet noodle sauce, 30 grams of soybean paste, 30 grams of xiangqi sauce.

Method steps

1. Add peppercorns and star aniseed to the pan with cold oil, fry over low heat until fragrant, then add dried chilies;

2. After the aroma is sautéed, remove the peppercorns and dried chilies, leave some oil in the pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry for about 3 minutes;

3. Then mix the sweet noodle sauce, soybean paste, soybean paste and xiangqi sauce into the pot and stir-fry over low heat for 2 minutes;

4. Cook the noodles in a pot, cut the cucumber and carrot into shreds, pour the sauce on them after serving, and top them with shredded vegetables.
