How to make traditional cart noodles

Cooking can be a simple thing. Just pour the vegetables into the pot and stir-fry or boil them. But do you really like to eat such dishes? In order to make a good dish, you need to have fixed methods and techniques. So, let me teach you how to make traditional cart noodles.

1. Blanch the pig's trotters and then wash them. Pour oil into the pan, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, dried chili peppers, and ginger slices, stir-fry until fragrant, then add pig's trotters and stir-fry together.

2.1 Add water to the pot, 2 cm above the pig's trotter, put in rock sugar and soaked pig skin, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer until cooked.

3.2 Add two spoons of light soy sauce and two spoons of cooking wine, and continue to stir-fry until the pig's feet are all colored.

4. Bring water to a boil in a soup pot, add wide noodles and fish balls, and place in a bowl after cooking.

5. Finally, cut the braised beef tripe into slices, put the pig's trotters and pig skin on the noodles, and drizzle a spoonful of pig's trotter sauce on top.
