Tomato Pork Liver Soup

1. Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water, peel and seed them, and cut them into 6 pieces. Wash the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, and mix it with a small amount of soy sauce.

2. Heat the pan and add oil until it is 80% hot. Add tomatoes and chopped green onions and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add salt and boiling water. After boiling, add pork liver. After it boils again, skim off the foam and cook for another 3 minutes. Add pepper and MSG to taste.

Tomato and Egg

Ingredients: 150g eggs 300g tomatoes

Seasoning: 5g garlic, 5g green onion, 3g salt, 5g sugar, 2g MSG, 5g peanut oil

How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes: 1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Beat the eggs with salt.
