Rock sugar lotus root is a dish suitable for all ages. The main ingredients are lotus root and glutinous rice, and the seasoning is rock sugar. It tastes fresh and tender. Ingredients: 2 lotus roots, 1 bowl of glutinous rice. Seasoning: appropriate amount of rock sugar. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 4 hours. Wash and peel the lotus root, cut the front end, pour in the glutinous rice and shake it gently to make it firm. Use a toothpick to seal the front end of the cut lotus root. Steam the lotus root in a plate with water until cooked, take out, slice it and place it on the plate. Add a little water to the pot, boil the rock sugar until it melts, then pour it on the cut lotus root slices.
