How to make a picnic lunch

1. Let’s make rice balls first. Mix an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar into the rice. If you don’t have it, you can use sesame oil and salt, or just nothing. Put half of the rice into the mold, wrap in the diced ham, cover with rice and press firmly.

2.1 Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a spoonful of salt and a little bit of salad oil, add broccoli and mushrooms and blanch for about 3 minutes.

3.2 Place the prepared rice balls on a plate and set aside.

4. Put the marinated chicken thighs and prawns into the preheated electric baking pan. The longer you marinate, the more flavorful it will be, at least an hour. For marinating, you can use light soy sauce and cooking wine in the ratio of 2:1. Chicken thighs are relatively thick, so sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the surface and massage it before marinating.

5. I used a smart electric baking pan, selected the button for baking fish and shrimp, and fried an egg, but forgot to take a picture. Finally, just pack all the ingredients into the box. Let’s go on an outing!
