How to Cook Raw Shrimp

Saute the shrimp:

2. Heat the wok, when the oil is 70% hot, pour in the shrimps and stir-fry until they turn red. Add chopped green onion, garlic, chili and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Pour cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper along the edge of the pot and stir-fry evenly. Add boiling water, cover the pot and simmer on high heat for 2 minutes. When the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat and serve.

3. It is essential to prepare a bowl of dipping sauce, which contains minced ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, MSG, and soy sauce. You can increase the proportion according to your taste;

1. Wash the shrimps, drain the water, put them in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, a small amount of sugar, knead gently, marinate for 5 to 10 minutes

2. Cut ginger into strips, smash garlic into minced garlic, and cut green onion into small pieces of uniform thickness. Add them together on the shrimps. Do not mix them yet.

3. Heat the oil pan, add the peppercorns and dried chili peppers and fry until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the dried chili peppers.

4. Add a little chicken stock to the shrimp, drizzle with a little soy sauce, and finally drizzle with hot pepper and dried chili oil, then add a little sesame oil and mix well before serving.
