How to make two-color pumpkin trifle

7. Soak the wolfberries in warm water and then pour out the water.

8. Place wolfberries at the bottom of the container. (This step can be omitted, because I found that several wolfberries were stuck to the mold when I demolded it later)

9. Apply a layer of white powder until it covers the wolfberries. (When pouring powder into the mold, do not press it, just smooth it out gently. The same applies to the following steps)

10. Spread another layer of pumpkin powder.

11. Apply another layer of white powder.

12.Finally, spread a layer of pumpkin powder.

13. After the water boils, steam for 25-30 minutes.

14. Steam until the edges are naturally demoulded.

15. Demould by turning down.

16. Cut into appropriate sizes and serve while hot. Sponge cake will become hard as it cools, and will soften if you steam it before eating.
