14. After melting, pour in salad oil and stir evenly.

15.Sieve cocoa powder and baking soda together.

18. Separate the egg whites and yolks.

19. Pour the low flour into the cocoa powder and stir.

20. Add the egg yolks in two batches, 2 egg yolks each time, and stir well.

23. Add sugar in three batches and beat until hard peaks form.

24. Take one third of the egg white and stir it into the egg mixture.

25. Pour into the egg white and stir.

26. Pour the mixed batter into an 8-inch cake pan.

27. Pick up the mold and tap it three times to shake out the excess bubbles inside.

28. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the egg batter into the oven and bake for 35 minutes.

29. After the cake is baked, test it with a toothpick. If there is no egg batter on the toothpick, it means it is baked. Then turn it upside down on the cake rack and let it cool.

30. Remove the cake from the mold after it has cooled.

31. Place the cake on a clean board and use a spatula to cut the middle of the cake into two slices.

32. After the cream is whipped, add a little chocolate sauce.

33. Take a piece of cake and spread butter on it to make it smooth.

34. Place the maraschino cherries on top of the cream and sprinkle with kirsch.

35. Put the two cake bases together, place them on the decorating turntable, and spread with cream.

36. Spread cream on the sides as well.

37. Place chocolate chips on top of cake.

38. Put an appropriate amount of fresh cream into a piping bag, attach a piping nozzle, and squeeze the cream onto the cake.

39. Finally, place red cherries on the cream and two chocolate cookies in the middle, and you’re done!
