1. Mix honey and hot water evenly and set aside

2. Mix all the powders in c together, then sift them and set aside

4. Add whole egg and 100g granulated sugar, beat the egg liquid in hot water until it reaches about 40 degrees, then remove from the hot water. When the egg liquid is about 6-7 parts, pour the honey water mixed in step 1 very slowly while beating, and continue beating until all the honey is poured in.

5. Keep beating like this until the egg liquid is completely beaten. The texture formed by the egg liquid dripping is very obvious and lasting, and will not disappear quickly.

6. Sift the powder in C into the beaten egg liquid twice and stir evenly with a rubber spatula.

7. Then pour in the cream and butter mixture from step 3, and stir.

8. The picture shows the batter, which is smooth, sticky and shiny.

9. Apply a layer of softened butter in the mold, then pour the batter directly into the mold or put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into the mold, put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, knock the mold a few times after it comes out of the oven, and buckle the cake
