When the ingredients are almost cooked, add appropriate amount of water (depending on your personal situation, more water is needed if more people come, haha); dissolve the sweet potato starch in water, slowly stir and pour in the soup when the pot boils, wait until the soup is thick, add some soy sauce for color and salt for seasoning, beat the eggs and throw them into the soup, finally add chopped coriander, and it's done.
