13. Add thirteen spices and a little salt.

14. Stir-fry with light soy sauce for two minutes.

15. Add more broth or water.

16. After cooking for twenty minutes, add the tofu and cook for another ten minutes.

17. Put the cooked tofu and fish bones into a large bowl, leaving the soup.

18. Put the fish fillets into the soup, cook over high heat, cover with a lid and bring to a boil. The fish fillets cooked in this way will be super tender and smooth.

19. Put the cooked fish fillets into a bowl.

20. Place dried chili peppers, onions, coriander, red peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns on the fish fillets.

21. Heat the oil in the pan until blue smoke comes out, then pour the oil on the dried chilies. It’s done when they make a sizzling sound.

22. Pour oil on the peppers and cook them like roasting bananas.

23. Such tender and smooth fish meat.

24. The soup is delicious and the fish is tender and smooth.
