How to make colorful assorted fried dumplings

Food shows are very popular nowadays, and I believe you must be envious of them in front of the TV. Now I will introduce to you a dish of colorful assorted fried dumplings. You must try to make it yourself according to the steps below.

1. Mix flour and water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with a wet cloth and let it sit for 20 minutes.

2. Make full use of your time to dice carrots, onions, cucumbers, and meat, and chop green onions

3. Put the chopped carrots, cucumbers, onions, corn kernels and green beans into boiling water and cook until cooked.

4. Cut the dough prepared in step 1 into thin strips

5. Then pinch the small strips in step 4 into small lumps slightly larger than the dice. (Put some oil on the table before kneading the dough, so that the dough lumps will not stick together)

6. Put the dough balls from step 5 into the boiling water pot and gently push them a few times with a colander to prevent them from sticking. Cover the pot and cook until the noodles float to the surface, then remove and drain.

7. Heat the wok and add oil. Add the diced vegetables from step 3 and stir-fry.

8. Add some chopped green onion and pork tenderloin into the pot and fry until cooked.

9. Leave some oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and soy sauce, pour the cooked noodles, fried diced vegetables and pork into the pot and stir fry

10. Add salt and fine sugar to taste, remove from the pan and serve in a bowl

11. Pour the soup for cooking the noodles into the pot, and after it boils, beat the eggs and pour them into the pot.

12. Add a little salt and chicken powder to the pot and turn off the heat.

13. Pour the cooked soup into the noodle bowl
