(If you use shredded pork or minced meat, mix it with appropriate soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, etc. It can be put into the pan raw or fried until 80% cooked, depending on personal preference. Because the beef rolls will be rotten after thawing and it is not easy to marinate, I blanch them before mixing)

But the situation is special recently, so I added a sunny-side-up egg that was already 80% cooked. This way the eggs are fully cooked.

8. Heat over medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes, during which you can hear the rice crackling. If you are not afraid of raw eggs, you can crack an egg into the middle in the last 3-5 minutes and continue simmering. When the egg yolk is still flowing, mix it with hot rice and eat it together.
