How to make Oyakodon

1. Remove excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut into small pieces. Put them into a cooking bowl and marinate with light soy sauce for a while.

6. After the chicken is cooked, turn to high heat and evenly pour half of the egg liquid on it in a circular motion. Cover the pot and simmer for half a minute. Open the lid, pour the remaining egg liquid on it and turn off the heat. Use the residual heat from the pot to heat the egg liquid to half-cooked state.

7. Serve the rice, pour the cooked chicken on top and add the shredded nori.
