Pumpkin Peanut Cup Bread Recipe

12. Stir evenly in clockwise direction until you feel the dough start to form strings. (Because the dough is drier, it is not as easy to mix as bread batter, so you have to let someone strong at home to do it.)

13. Place the dough in a warm place and let it ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times larger.

14. Add chopped peanuts.

15. Stir the dough again until smooth.

16. Fill the mold lined with wax paper until about 70% full.

17. Continue to put it in the oven for a second proofing (about 1 hour), take it out and brush it with honey and egg liquid. (Mix honey and whole egg liquid in a ratio of 1:1)

18. Preheat the oven in advance: 175 degrees for 14 minutes. Turn off the lower heat after 10 minutes and continue baking on the upper heat until the surface of the bread is golden brown. The time and temperature are for reference only, please adjust according to the power of your own oven.
