10. Fry over medium-high heat. After a few minutes, the buns become bigger. After about 15 minutes, the water will dry up. When you hear a sizzling sound, it means the rice crust is forming. Turn off the heat after three minutes and wait for five minutes before opening the lid.

11. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
