How to make Thai-style chicken gizzards

1. Wash the green pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut the ginger into shreds.

3. Remove the chicken fat and gizzard lining from the chicken gizzards and rinse them with water.

4. Slightly scald with hot water. Drain. You can wipe it dry with kitchen paper.

11. Pour the chicken gizzards that were previously scooped out back into the pot.

12. Add half a spoon of salt and half a spoon of cooking wine and stir-fry for a while.

13. Add appropriate amount of sweet and spicy sauce.

14. Turn to low heat and stir-fry evenly with green pepper.

15. Evenly coat the chicken gizzards and green peppers with the sweet and spicy sauce.

16. Stir-fry for a while, add a spoonful of sugar and half a spoonful of MSG to enhance the flavor. Continue to stir-fry for a while and then serve.

17. Remove from the pan and serve.

18. Add some fresh hawthorns to whet your appetite and you can start eating.

19. This refreshing dish of chicken gizzards goes well with rice.
