1. Chop all the vegetables except celery into shreds and set aside.

2.1 Chop the celery into fine pieces, add minced garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, MSG, sesame oil and chili oil and marinate; dilute the sesame paste with boiled water.

3.2 Blanch the bean sprouts until cooked, cook the chicken breast and tear into thin strips for later use.

4. Put a little more fried peppercorns into the hot pan than usual. Turn off the heat when the peppercorns change color. Use a slotted spatula to pick out the chopped peppercorns. Add light soy sauce while it is still hot (the amount of light soy sauce should be equal to the amount of oil). PS: You can make more pepper oil at a time, put it into a bottle after it cools down, and use it to mix noodles or cold dishes later.

5. After the noodles are cooked, immediately put them into boiled water to cool down. After draining the water, stir with a little olive oil and set aside.

6. Add the prepared ingredients and adjust the three seasonings according to your preference. I used cooked sesame and wolfberry as decoration, of course, you can omit it~~
