How to make baked pot stickers

1. Prepare flour and Angel yeast. Dissolve the yeast in 35°C warm water.

4. Place the kneaded dough in a warm place to ferment for 20 to 30 minutes. The fermented dough will be one to two times larger than the original one, or it will be fermented if it does not return to its original shape when pressed with your finger.

8. After fermentation, put it in the oven and bake it at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. If you like it harder, you can adjust it to 200 degrees.
