How to make garlic scallop vermicelli

Each of us should learn to love ourselves. The first thing to do to love ourselves is to eat well. Only when the diet is healthy can the health of the body be guaranteed. The method of making garlic scallop vermicelli is very simple. If you really want to cook by yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Put a bunch of Longkou vermicelli and soak it in warm water.

3. Chop the ginger, onion and garlic into fine pieces.

4. Heat a frying pan with appropriate amount of oil, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add appropriate amount of fish sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry for a few seconds.

6. Sprinkle the soaked vermicelli on the scallops. The owner has already prepared the scallops when you buy them, so all you need to do here is rinse them clean.

7. Place the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic on top of the scallop vermicelli.

8. Cover the pot and steam for ten minutes.

9. You can start eating after steaming for ten minutes.
