1. Prepare all the materials

2. Soak the fungus in advance

3. Use a food processor to mince pork, black fungus, mushrooms, and carrots.

4. Add black fungus, mushrooms, carrots to pork, pepper, five-spice powder, chicken essence, salt, starch, and eggs, mix well in a clockwise direction.

5. Take a bowl and add oyster sauce, sugar, starch and water to make a sauce for later use

6. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan and heat it to 60% hot. Roll the minced meat into balls and put them into the pan. Press them into a pancake shape with your hands and fry them over low heat until golden brown.

7. Turn over and continue frying until golden brown or cooked through.

8. Place the meat patties on a plate

9. Pour the remaining oil from frying the meat patties (if there is too much, pour out some), add the sauce you just prepared, boil until thick, then pour it on the meat patties.

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve. Finished product picture
