9. Take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the base in step 7. Stir well and pour it all back into the egg white. Stir well again (it is the same as the final mixing process of making chiffon cake) to make soufflé batter.

10. Pour the soufflé batter into the prepared mould, filling it about 80% full. Put it into the oven preheated to 190℃, middle layer, and bake for about 16 minutes, until it is fully puffed and the surface is golden brown. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve immediately
