How to make seafood buns

1. Dissolve the yeast in 280 grams of warm water, add the flour, and stir it into a cotton-like state with chopsticks.

2. Knead the dough and let it ferment for the first time.

3. Wash the leeks and remove the shrimp threads from the shrimps.

4. Add minced ginger, pepper powder, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, MSG and cooking oil to the minced meat and mix.

5. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction for 2 minutes until it becomes viscous.

6. Add shrimps, shrimp meat, salt and chopped chives.

7. Mix the filling and set aside.

8. After about twenty minutes, the dough will double in size.

9. Knead the dough for about ten minutes to expel the air inside. After relaxing for ten minutes, divide it into even-sized dough pieces.

10. Roll the dough into a thick middle and thin edges.

11. Take a dough and put the filling on it, making sure there are shrimps and one shrimp.

12. Wrap into buns.

13. Wrap everything well and start the second fermentation. It will be ready after about 20 minutes. Heat in a steamer over high heat. Steam for 15 minutes after the water boils, then turn off the heat. Open the lid after 2 minutes.
