How to make cake

1. Weigh the ingredients

2. Separate the egg white and yolk. The bowl for the egg white must be free of water and oil.

3. Add sugar, milk and corn oil to the egg yolk and mix well.

4. Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder and sift into egg yolk

5. Use a spatula to stir quickly and evenly. Do not stir excessively in circles to avoid the flour from forming gluten. The egg yolk paste is ready

6. Add tartar powder to egg white

7. Use an electric whisk to beat the egg white until bubbles appear.

8. Add powdered sugar in three times, beat evenly each time before adding the next time.

9. Beat the egg white until the egg white is raised and becomes a vertical point. This means the egg white is well beaten.

10. Use a spatula to add 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste, and stir evenly. Preheat the oven to 150°C.

11. Pour the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg whites and stir evenly. Remember to stir, not stir in circles. The cake batter is now ready.

12. Pour the mixture into a 6-inch cake mold, lift the mold and shake it two or three times to remove the bubbles. If there are still many bubbles on the surface, use a toothpick to draw the bubbles in a 'Z' shape.

13. Bake in the oven at 150°C for 40 minutes

14. This is the time to bake for 20 minutes.

15. This is the 40-minute mark

16. When the time is up, take it out, lift the mold and let it fall vertically from a height of about 20 cm to prevent it from collapsing.

17. Immediate deduction

18. Wait until it cools down before removing from the mold. Isn’t it beautiful! This is the most satisfying baking experience, the color and taste are superb!
