Sauce Squid Tentacles

Material

Squid tentacles, sweet noodle sauce, cooking wine, chopped green onion and ginger, cumin, MSG, chicken powder, a little salt and sugar, cooking oil

1. Blanch the squid tentacles in hot water, drain, add onion, ginger, cooking wine, oyster sauce, MSG, sugar (for flavor, optional), sweet noodle sauce (essential) and cumin and marinate for 2 hours.

2. Heat a frying pan, add the marinated squid tentacles (be careful not to add the soup), and stir-fry for a few times.

3. Add oil, cooking wine and more sweet bean sauce, and stir continuously.

4. When the aroma of the sauce is strong and the juice is dry, you can take it out of the pan. Remember to sprinkle some cumin.

Tips

When putting the food into the pot, do not pour all the marinated ingredients into the pot at once, but dry-fry them first.

Shredded squid with green pepper

Material

2. Cut green pepper, carrot and ginger into shreds.
