How to make mango yogurt mousse cake (4 inches)

In the eyes of some people who do not know how to cook, cooking at home is a difficult and troublesome thing, but in fact there are many dishes that are very simple and can be easily mastered as long as you learn. It is not as difficult as imagined. The method of making mango yogurt mousse cake (four inches) is particularly simple and anyone who is determined can learn it.

1. Prepare the ingredients and four-inch cake base. Two mangoes.

2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water, cut the cake base in half horizontally, and trim off the outer circle of one piece to make one larger and one smaller.

3. Squeeze the softened gelatin sheets and put them into yogurt over hot water to melt. Cut the mango into large pieces, then pour them into a juicer together with the yogurt to squeeze out the juice. Mix the squeezed yogurt mango juice and the cream that has been beaten to 70% with sugar into a mousse paste.

4. Place a large cake slice under the mold and pour half of the mango mousse paste into it. Then put in a smaller cake slice and continue to pour in the remaining mousse paste. Smooth or shake the surface. Refrigerate for about two hours.

5. Soak three grams of gelatin sheets in cold water until softened, then put them into hot water mixed with Sprite to melt and let cool. Take out the mousse cake and pour Sprite on the cake batter to make a mirror surface. You can add some colored sugar beads or not. Continue to refrigerate for 4 hours or more.

6. Cut the mango in half, then cut it into slices of equal thickness and make a mango flower. For the specific production method, refer to my mango flower recipe

7. Place the mango flowers on top of the refrigerated mango mousse. Immediately double the appearance

Mango Yogurt Mousse Cake (4 inches) is an easy dish to make. People who work overtime for a long time and have no time to cook can try making this dish. It only requires simple steaming and adding seasonings that suit your taste before serving.
