How to make flower bean paste bread

Some people say that whether a family is harmonious is related to whether the family members get together to eat. Indeed, cooking at home can allow the family to have more time together and can create a better family atmosphere. The method of flower bean paste bread is very simple and can indirectly allow the family to live together better.

1. Put all the ingredients for bread into the bread bucket, first the liquid and then the ingredients. Make a hole for the yeast and put it in the middle.

2. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 30 minutes until it forms a film. When the weather gets hot, it is best to open the lid of the bread machine when kneading dough.

3. Roll the dough into a ball and put it directly into the bread bucket, cover it with a lid and let it ferment for the first time.

4. Ferment until it is twice its original size.

5. Prepare an appropriate amount of red bean paste.

6. Knead the fermented dough for a few minutes to fully exhaust the air. Divide into 9 small doughs of about 35g each, roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for a few minutes.

7. Divide the red bean paste into pieces of about 15g each and roll them into balls.

8. Take a small dough, press it with your hands, and put in a red bean paste.

9. Gather it and pinch it tightly.

10. Turn it over and place it with the seam facing down.

11. Flatten it with your hands and cut a cross with a knife without cutting in the middle.

12. Make another cut in the middle of each petal, but don’t cut through the middle.

13. Turn over the side with the bean paste.

14. Press lightly with your hands and the flower bread is ready.

15. Complete the other doughs one by one, put greaseproof paper on the baking tray and put the prepared flower bread on it. Increase the distance between them.

16. Put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water underneath, cover the oven door for the second fermentation. Add hot water to maintain the internal temperature and humidity. You can change the water once in the middle.

17. Prepare whole egg liquid and cooked white sesame seeds. (If the sesame seeds are raw, it is best to fry them in a pan over low heat until they are fragrant)

18. Take out the fermented bread and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lightly brush the surface with egg wash.

19. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for decoration.

20. Done.

21. Put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
