How to make Strawberry Matcha Cheesecake

1. Prepare all the ingredients in the picture

2. Put the digestive biscuits into a ziplock bag and grind them into powder with a rolling pin.

3. Heat the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, then pour in the digestive biscuit powder and mix well.

4. Flatten and press according to the size of the mold.

5. Turn off the heat after the hot water boils and soften the cream cheese

6. Add powdered sugar and mix well

7. Soak the gelatin sheets in ice water for 5 minutes, drain and tear them into pieces, add 2 teaspoons of warm water, and then put them into the hot water used to soften the cheese and stir until there are no particles.

8. Pour into the cheese paste and mix well

9. Pour the whipped cream into another bowl and beat until a sharp corner appears when you lift the whisk as shown in the picture.

10. Add matcha powder to the whipped cream and mix well.

11. After mixing well, pour into the cheese paste in 3 times and continue to stir evenly.

12. Cut the strawberries in half and arrange them neatly along the wall of the mold. After adding some cheese paste, cut the remaining strawberries into cubes and spread them evenly. If you want to decorate the cake, don't forget to save a strawberry (2 halves) for later use.

13. Finally, pour the remaining cheese paste in and refrigerate for more than three hours.

14. Done! The strawberries on top need to be fixed with cream
