What kind of chicken soup is delicious and nutritious?

For example, you can make chicken soup stewed with flower mushrooms, or chicken soup stewed with yam, both of which have obvious health care effects.

Mushroom Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 1 chicken (preferably a free-range chicken), 10 shiitake mushrooms, ginger, green onion, cooking wine, salt. Steps: 1. Wash the chicken. 2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water (about an hour). 3. Cut the chicken into pieces, put it into the pot, pour in enough cold water, bring to a boil, and skim off the floating residue. 4. Add ginger slices and scallion segments. 5. Pour in a little cooking wine. 6. Pour in the water used to soak the shiitake mushrooms (note that there will be dirty sediment at the bottom, so don’t pour it in together) 7. Add in the soaked shiitake mushrooms. 8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about one and a half hours. 9. When the chicken can be easily pierced with chopsticks, add salt to taste.

Yam Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 1 farm chicken, 1 yam, 1 handful of wolfberry, scallion, ginger, cooking wine, salt. Method: 1. After slaughtering the chicken, clean the abdominal cavity and chop it into small pieces. Wash the scallion and ginger, slice the ginger, and tie the scallion into knots. 2. Put the chopped chicken pieces into the pot, add enough cold water and bring to a boil. 3. Skim off the foam. 4. Add one tablespoon of cooking wine. 5. Add ginger slices and scallion knots. 6. After boiling, turn to low heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes. (Because I use a cast iron pot, stewing soup takes less time than using an ordinary pot, so if you use a casserole or other pot to stew soup, you need to extend the stewing time) 7. Peel the yam, cut it into small pieces, add it to the pot, and continue to stew with the cover on for 10 minutes. 8. Rinse the wolfberries with clean water, open the lid and add them, continue to simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes, open the lid and add salt to taste.

Radish Chicken Soup  

Ingredients: 1/4 free-range chicken, 300 grams of white radish, 30 grams of old ginger, 1 green onion, 600cc of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of rice wine. Method: 1. Chop the free-range chicken into small pieces, blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove it and set aside. 2. Peel the white radish, cut into dice, blanch in boiling water for 1 minute and set aside. 3. Peel and slice the ginger; cut the green onion into sections and set aside. 4. Put all the ingredients, water and seasonings from steps 1 to 3 into the inner pot of the rice cooker, press the "cook" button and cook until the switch pops up.
