How to make golden banana (bread crumb version)

2. Use chopsticks to stir the egg liquid clockwise until it is fully dispersed. Peel the bananas and slice them. You can decide the thickness yourself. I cut them a little thick. If they are cut too thin, they will break easily when wrapping the ingredients and will be difficult to operate. Slicing is the most suitable method. This is my experience accumulated over a long period of time. It tastes better than cutting into sections (Note: the cut sections are not fried thoroughly and taste a bit greasy, but the slices are different. They are not greasy and taste good too!). They are absolutely crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You will not be able to stop eating them.

3. First, coat the banana slices one by one with corn starch, then with egg liquid, and finally with breadcrumbs.

4. Place each wrapped piece on a clean plate.

5. Semi-finished product: banana slices coated with all ingredients

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, turn on medium-low heat, and when the oil is 50% hot, add the banana slices and start frying.

7. Note: Pay attention to the heat, it should not be too big or too small.

8. During the frying process, pick it up from time to time with chopsticks to check how fried it is. When one side turns golden brown, you can use a spatula or chopsticks to turn it over and continue frying the other side.

9. It is almost done by this time. Both sides are golden brown and fried through, and all of them float up. Now increase the heat appropriately, fry on high heat for a few seconds, turn off the heat, and remove from the pan. Use a large colander to scoop out and drain some of the oil.

10. What do the golden banana chips look like after they come out of the pan? Looks quite appetizing, isn’t it? The whole kitchen is filled with a strong fragrance!
