Bacon, cheese and chive bread recipe

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The recipe of bacon cheese chive bread is simple and easy to learn. You only need a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Put milk, sugar, salt, yeast and high-gluten flour into the bread bucket and stir for 30 minutes. My bread machine is set to knead the dough for 30 minutes.

2. Then add butter and continue stirring for 30 minutes

3. Stir until smooth and can pull out a slightly transparent film-like dough

4. Ferment directly in the bread machine. Set the fermentation function of the bread machine to 1 hour. Dip your finger in the flour and poke a small hole. If it does not shrink or collapse, it is fermented.

5. Exhaust the fermented dough, roll it into balls, divide it into small doughs of about 100 grams, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 15 minutes.

6. Use a rolling pin to make it olive-shaped

7. Brush the surface with egg liquid and place a piece of bacon in the middle.

8. Sprinkle chives on the bacon slices (chopped chives, mixed with a little salt and black pepper, taste better, it depends on personal preference, but salt is a must)

9. Finally, sprinkle with cheese, add as you like.

10. Put it in the middle layer of the oven, put a large bowl of hot water underneath, and bake at 50 degrees for 40 minutes.

11. When it is twice as large, take it out and squeeze salad sauce on it.

12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in the middle layer and bake for about 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
