1. Prepare the materials, separate the egg yolk and egg white into two water-free and oil-free basins, and weigh the other materials.

2. Beat the egg yolks, add 10g of sugar and stir until the sugar melts.

3. Pour milk and corn oil into the egg yolk and mix well.

4. Sift in the low flour and baking powder, and stir evenly with a rubber spatula. (Stir like cooking, don't make circles to avoid tendons)

5. Set the egg yolk paste aside and preheat the oven to 150°C.

6. Add two drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, beat with a whisk until the egg whites become bubbly, add one-third of sugar and continue beating.

7. Continue to beat until thick and smooth, then add one third of sugar

8. When the mixture is thick and has texture but the texture does not disappear, add the remaining one third of sugar.

9. Continue beating until hard foam is formed and then stop beating. (Lift the hook of the whisk and it will stand upright without falling, and turn the bowl 180 degrees without the egg whites flowing out)

10. Add one-third of egg whites to the egg yolk paste and stir quickly and evenly without making circles.

11. Pour all the evenly mixed egg yolk paste into the egg whites and stir quickly to mix evenly. (Do not stir in circles, or the egg whites will defoam.)

12. Pour the evenly mixed cake batter into the prepared paper cups until it is 80% full (two-thirds of the paper cups).

13. Bake in the oven at 150℃ for about 30 minutes.

16. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before eating. If you are not sure whether it is cooked, you can insert a toothpick to check. If there is no cake residue when it comes out, it is cooked.
