5. Fermentation will be 2.5 times larger, and fermentation is complete!

6. Divide into small and even doughs, knead well to release the air, cover with plastic wrap and relax for fifteen minutes!

7. Roll into thin rectangular slices!

8. Roll it up from top to bottom and shape it into a banana!

9. When everything is done, put the baking tray into the oven, adjust the temperature to 30 degrees, and put a bowl of boiling water in the oven for secondary fermentation, about 40 minutes!

10. Let it ferment until 2.5 times larger, brush the surface with egg liquid, squeeze on salad dressing, and it is best to decorate the surface with custard sauce. I have simplified it here and used salad dressing to make the surface shape of a banana!

11. Preheat the oven in advance, bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes, let it cool and sprinkle some soup powder on the surface for decoration!
