How to make oil-free yogurt cake (8 inches)

There are a wide variety of delicious foods in modern snack bars. There is one kind of food that is particularly popular among office workers, and that is the oil-free yogurt cake (eight inches). If time permits, you can also make your own oil-free yogurt cake (eight inches) with fresh chicken, rice, and mushrooms, beef, pork and other ingredients according to your personal taste. 1. Prepare ingredients: weigh the ingredients

2. Take two clean, water-free and oil-free containers, separate the egg yolk and egg white into the containers

3. Pour yogurt into egg yolk and mix well

4. Sift in low-gluten flour and corn starch

5. Stir well and set aside

6. Add appropriate amount of tartar powder and white sugar to the egg white

7. Beat until the cream has clear lines or the container is turned upside down and does not flow.

8. Take a portion of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste. Use a spatula to stir evenly (remember not to stir in circles to avoid defoaming).

9. Pour the remaining egg white into the mixture twice and continue to stir evenly with a spatula.

10. Wrap the mold with tin foil and apply a layer of butter inside the mold.

11. Pour the batter into the pan and shake it a few times to eliminate the large bubbles. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pan and place the mold in the pan.

12. Preheat the oven to 145 degrees in advance and bake in the oven for 90 minutes

13. Time is up and the cake is baked

14. After the mold has cooled, it can be demoulded!
